Quality assurance at the highest level. E.g. the test possibilities comprise testing of classic wear effects, ball drop tests, identification of several scratch resistance grades such as those based on the Martindale process, adhesion tests, substrate coating behaviour influenced by the climate as well as many other processes.
PLANTAG® Laboratories
In several laboratories over 30 trained employees develop new surface materials or adapt existing coating systems to the customers’ specifications. We take our staff’s training in our own hands to warrant our professional competence also in the future. The PCG Group’s future employees are qualified by ourselves – from technical laboratory to commercial vocational training. This makes us STRONG IN COATINGS also in the future.

For over half a century we have developed high-quality products and supported our customers’ production processes. We manufacture acc. to the certification standard DIN ISO 9001 and thus verify our high quality standard and innovative capabilities.
Thanks to the AEO C safety certificate “Customs simplifications” which allows approved economic operators simplified customs clearance, the main customs office certifies that we do our international business in a safe and reliable way.
